Our hearts go out to our brothers and sisters in the Hispanic congregation. They lost one of their most beloved members this past week. Jose was a greeter and an active member of the church. He died suddenly the other day and thew whole church felt the loss. They had a memorial service for him on Thursday evening and a reception at church after his burial on Friday morning.
Pastor Jorge said that it is a reminder that we all need to count or days and be ready. You never know when the Lord is going to call you, or someone you love, home. It is always a good idea to tell your loved ones how you feel.
